Gotta Love Catholic Women

Typically Tactical Catholic tends to aim our writing and podcasts at Catholic guys. However, we understand that in many homes it is the wife who is the spiritual weightlifter.

Ladies, I am going to make myself explicitly clear, and I want you to read this carefully.

Thank you.

From the bottom of our heart, thank you for remaining stalwart in your faith. In an increasingly secular and pagan culture, Catholic women are that faithful remnant who are responsible for many men returning to or initially embracing the Christian faith.

As an RCIA leader, I see this a lot. As an evangelist, I see this all over the US. Don’t give up on the men. Like St Monica, pray and trust God. Don’t stop.

Now, don’t get me wrong, I want you to understand that it is our charge from God as husbands and dads to be priests of the domestic family. This role in no way belittles or lessens your role as mother and wife because our roles complement one another. They don’t conflict. When we do it right, ego is in the trash, and we work together for the good of the others in our lives.

In the meantime, challenge us, prod us, encourage us, and be patient with us. Help the guy in your life to network with other Catholic guys like Tactical Catholic. Within these groups we can help one another to be the guys we should be.

How can Tactical Catholic help you as a wife, spouse, fiance, or mom? Tell us what you need by contacting us or use the comment box below.
